The hotel had nice rooms overall, but the TV was really old. The disability rooms were not as expected and had a noisy fan due to a failing bearing. The service was almost surly, but they did a generally excellent job. The location was more comfortable than other hotels, near restaurants and shopping but off main roads. Overall, a mixed experience with good and not-so-good aspects.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were a letdown compared to my previous stay, outdated, and had a damaged door making it hard to open, but they were in relatively good condition. The service, on the other hand, was excellent with polite and very helpful staff at the check-in desk. The location was great, right in the center of the shopping and dining spots, but there were some concerns about food availability and vulnerability to crimes. The dining experience was just okay, serving standard instant eggs and microwave sausage patties for breakfast.
